Emerald Coast Gourmet To Go is a sister company of Emerald Coast Catering which has been servicing the Panhandle for 17 years. All of our food is from scratch in our kitchen and can be ordered for pick-up or delivery. Chef Gary Serafin was owner/chef of Jamie’s Restaurant in Pensacola for 17 years prior to moving to Santa Rosa Beach and starting Emerald Coast Catering. Pairing up with Sous Chef Derek Osborne in 2020 they decided to prepare restaurant quality dishes that could easily be heated up and enjoyed at your home or rental in the Santa Rosa Beach area from Miramar to Rosemary.
