WE ARE YOU

Is there anything more annoying than having someone who is in their 20’s or 30’s tell you how to get healthy?  What do they know about aging?  Aging is not for the weak!  What does a young person know about the body of someone who is 40 or 50+?  They know what they read, but they probably know as much about the moon.

First, let’s establish our Bonafides: We are not in our 20’s, 30’s or 40’s.  We are in our early 60’s.  Our pictures are not Photoshopped™.  We have earned every grey hair and every wrinkle that we have.  But, we feel GREAT.  We are healthy!  Be assured that we did not win the genetic lottery.  We have family histories of Alzheimers, high blood pressure, stroke, heart diseases, cancer, and autoimmune diseases.

We have beaten Rheumatoid Arthritis, Irritable Bowl Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, spinal cord injury and destroyed joints... yet, we are still going strong!

Eager to not repeat our family illnesses in our own lives, we have spent years studying and testing what works to reverse our biological clocks and keep us healthy.  We have gone far beyond this, in that we have coached hundreds of people with our methods, with wonderful success.  We have coached an age range of 16 to 80+ year olds.

What we want to say is that we are the real deal; we have lived life, we have beaten illness and we have taught hundreds of people how to do the same.

Our methods and process have changed over the years, based upon the latest nutritional and medical science.  But, w‘e are not dogmatic.  When better understanding emerges we test it, and if it is successful, we determine how to implement it and teach it.  We believe that we can learn better ideas by constantly researching and being open-minded.

The things that have never changed is our commitment to be honest with our clients and ourselves and to teach people how to make lasting lifestyle changes.  Lifestyle change is essential and it is not for wimps.  It is hard and it takes a long time of intense learning and coaching.  But this is the only path to long lasting healing and to a longer health span.
